The Shoppes at Middletown will be a premier 340,000 square-foot town center anchored by a new Wegmans and CMX Cinema, a boutique dine-in theater as well as a unique blend of specialty retail and restaurants with outdoor cafe space – all creating a one-stop venue where residents can shop, dine and gather with their neighbors.
