Eastpointe Health & Fitness’ Jeans Challenge

Eastpointe Health & Fitness, is running a fitness challenge that begins on September 18th. The Jeans Challenge is tailored for women and challenges them to lose two jeans sizes in eight weeks. For many, summer was filled with lazy days on the beach, family barbeques, and calorie-laden frozen drinks poolside with friends. For those ready to get serious about their eating and exercise, the timing could not be better. The Jeans Challenge is a comprehensive approach to battle those extra pounds that have crept up over the summer. Eastpointe Health & Fitness is looking for serious individuals to participate in their 8-week challenge, and the best part is…. they guarantee results!
The program includes everything contestants need to be successful. Participants will attend four group exercise sessions a week, and can choose from morning, evening, and weekend sessions. They will keep a food journal and attend an accountability meeting every week. In addition, weekly nutrition meetings and discussion groups will be held throughout the contest. “The program is structured in a way that offers lots of support, which we’ve found is key to successfully achieve fitness goals,” said Kim Garrity, Nutritionist and Program Director.
All Jeans Challenge contestants that fit into their jeans at the end of the contest period get a new pair of jeans compliments of Eastpointe Health & Fitness in addition to prizes from local businesses including Lucky Jeans, Eyes on First Ave, and Color Bar Fifty One, and Airbonne.
