Turkey Dinner Benefit at Holmdel Community Church

Mark your calendars for the Holmdel Community Church’s annual Turkey Dinner Benefit, to be held on Saturday, March 11.  Guests will enjoy a homecooked meal in the church’s recently renovated Fellowship Hall, where the original floors and ceilings have been restored to their turn-of-the-century elegance. This year’s dinner will benefit the Calico Cat Car Repair Program, part of its Emergency Assistance Fund.

More than 400 guests will enjoy a delicious turkey dinner with gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, fresh green beans, coleslaw, and homemade pies and desserts. The event is an annual tradition for many in the area, and it fills up quickly. Seating is limited and reservations are necessary.

There will be four seatings for the dinner, at 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, and 7:00 p.m. Tickets cost $15 for adults and $8 for children under age 12. Take-out meals are also available at a price of $15 each. Call or email Sharon Wessel to order tickets at (732) 431-2372 or swe456ssel@aol.com.

The Holmdel Community Church is located at 40 West Main Street (Route 520) in Holmdel. Call (732) 946-8821 for more information.
