Three members of the Trinity Hall lacrosse team – Mary Kate Allingham, Peyton McGuire and Paige Nolan – were selected to the APP.com All-Shore Lacrosse First Team.
Allingham led the team in assists this season with 43. Her 2022 stats include 38 goals, 38 ground balls, 28 draw controls and 20 forced turnovers. Her career totals are 72 goals, 90 assists, 85 ground balls, 96 draw controls and 43 forced turnovers. The senior has committed continue in the sport at Mount St. Mary’s University.
McGuire was the top scorer for the Monarchs with 62 goals. She is also credited with 25 assists, 62 ground balls, 40 draw controls and 35 forced turnovers over the campaign. She was the team’s most consistent scorer, putting up goals in 18 of the 19 games played. McGuire is a junior and already boasts career stats of 111 goals, 46 assists, 120 ground balls, 59 draw controls and 66 forced turnovers.
Nolan put up good numbers this spring: 28 goals, 13 assists, 71 ground balls, 73 draw controls and 48 forced turnovers. She and McGuire both reached the 100 career goals milestone this year. Nolan completed her high school career with 116 goals, 60 assists, 222 ground balls, 172 draw controls and 137 forced turnovers. She became a starter in her freshman year. Nolan will continue her academic and athletic career at the University of Pennsylvania.
Senior attack Charlotte Webber and junior defender Alex Popham were named to the APP.com All-Shore Second Team.
The Shore Conference Lacrosse Coaches Association also announced their 2022 All-Division girls’ squads. Those selections are based on voting by area coaches.
McGuire, Nolan, Allingham, Popham and Webber were all selected to the Shore Coaches A Central All-Division First Team. Kiya Martin and Caroline Gulka were also named All-Division First Team. Mary Catherine O’Connor and Sarah Sullivan were selected to the All-Division Second team, and Nolan was named A Central Division Player of the Year.
