St. Mary’s to Light up Memory Tree This Holiday Season

For the 15th year, St. Mary’s Parish in Colts Neck will honor a beautiful tradition in the form of a Memory Tree. A $10 donation to St. Mary’s signifies a light on the Memory Tree for all those who are lovingly remembered this year – both living and deceased. The names will be inscribed in a Memory Book, which will be on display in the Church Narthex. Each $10 also entitles the donor to a lovely card to send to the family of the deceased or to the honorees. 

The deadline for the forms, which will be available via mail and online, is Thursday, Dec. 1. The special ceremony, which will include Religious Ed children’s sweet voices, will be after the 4 pm Mass on Saturday, Dec. 10. All are invited to be a part of this wonderful Christmas tradition. The memory lights will twinkle until the feast of the Epiphany.
