South Beach at Long Branch, a one-of-a-kind residential development, earned three prestigious Sales and Marketing (SAM) awards at the Atlantic Builders Convention (ABC). The largest regional building industry tradeshow in the Northeast, the ABC was held at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City on April 2.

The community consists of two distinct buildings on 1.7 acres of oceanfront property which is already 40 percent sold and slated to be completed by year’s end. The 2019 New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) honored South Beach at Long Branch with the SAM awards for the Best Mid-Rise/High-Rise Community, developed by FEM South Beach Urban Renewal; Best Interior Design/Merchandising for a Mid-Rise/High-Rise Community, designed by FEM South Beach Urban Renewal; and Best E-brochure for a Community designed by Pace Advertising.

Located on Ocean Avenue, the development is the vision of Mimi and Edwin Feliciano, founders of FEM Real Estate, LLC, based in Montville. The Felicianos teamed up with leading Miami-based interior designer Steven G; Angelica Arent of Shore Point Architecture in Ocean Grove; Monteforte Architectural Studio in Asbury Park; and Cornerstone Construction Services, LLC, in Somerville.

“We are so excited to receive the award for best mid-rise/high-rise as well as two more awards,” Mimi Feliciano said. “ABC is one of the pre-eminent events on the East Coast for building industry professionals, and the honors reflect the outstanding level of design and development achieved by our fabulous, dedicated team.”

South Beach at Long Branch features North and South glass towers, both eight stories, with 47 residences ranging from two to four bedrooms, along with duplexes and penthouses, as well as four guest residences. The structures are built and designed to meet the highest standards for waterfront construction.

“The site is approximately 25 feet above sea level,” Ed Feliciano said. “Sustainable qualities include concrete and steel construction and custom-made floor-to-ceiling exterior glass walls created to withstand hurricane winds.”

The residences are designed with modern Miami-inspired kitchens featuring Snaidero custom cabinetry from Italy, premium appliances, top-of-the-line fixtures and more. To further enhance spectacular ocean views, every outdoor terrace will feature a built-in gas fireplace.

The sales office is open daily by appointment. Interested buyers can contact Sales Director Deborah James at 732-222-0710 for a private tour.
