Atlantic Highlands – Closed four, ratio of sale to list price 101 percent, lowest closed sale $635,000, highest closed sale $930,000. Currently active 13, pending 10.

Colts Neck – Closed 19, ratio of sale to list price 101 percent, lowest closed sale $540,000, highest closed sale $3,380,000. Currently active 49, pending 23.

Fair Haven – Closed 10, ratio of sale to list price 100 percent, lowest closed sale $558,000, highest closed sale $3,800,000. Currently active one, pending 13.
