Sexual Assault, Shoplifting, Domestic Violence among Middletown Recent Arrests

During the period of Dec. 29 through Jan. 25, the Middletown Township Police Department responded to 3,904 calls for service, including 294 first aid calls, 68 fire calls, 141 burglar alarms and 142 motor vehicle crashes.

Police officers arrested 76 individuals, including nine for outstanding bench warrants and 12 for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:

  • Lars Skelly, 29, from Bayonne, was arrested for driving under the influence. Skelly was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Marina Serban, 33, from Middletown, was arrested for shoplifting. Serban was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Elizabeth Fitzsimmons, 28, from Middletown, was arrested for contempt of court warrants. Fitzsimmons was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Shane Taylor, 29, from Aberdeen, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Taylor was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Ashley Gremminger, 30, from Leonardo, was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gremminger was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Ayonna Williams, 20, from Aberdeen, was arrested for robbery, use of a juvenile for a criminal offense, possession of a weapon and conspiracy. Williams was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
  • Dawn Bodenstein, 51, from Red Bank, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence. Bodenstein was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Joshua Moody, 38, from Middletown, was arrested for contempt of court warrants. Moody was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Christoph Zeller, 23, from Hazlet, was arrested for driving under the influence. Zeller was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Luis Moure, 22, from Highlands, was arrested for criminal mischief. Moure was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Thomas Benbrook, 33, from Middletown, was arrested for theft of property. Benbrook was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
  • William Goggel IV, 20, from Keansburg, was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Goggel was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Mark Waldenmeyer, 56, from Middletown, was arrestedfor obstructing the law. Waldenmeyer was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Celena Smith, 36, from Keansburg, was arrested for a contempt of court warrant. Smith was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
  • Jonathan Boggs, 29, from Newark, was arrested by Officer Michael Heaton for possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Boggs was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institutionย in Freehold.
  • Katrina Andia, 38, from Keansburg, was arrested for burglary, theft of property, possession of an unlawful firearm to use against a person or property, and unlawful possession of weapons. Andia was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
  • Regina Franklin, 35, from Lakewood, was arrested for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment. Franklin was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Vincent Galante, 23, from Marlboro, was arrested for assaulting a police officer. Galante was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Mohomed Musabeh, 23, from Jersey City, was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Musabeh was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Shanea Bennett, 29, from Keansburg, was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bennett was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Brenden Armour, 43, from Matawan, was arrested for a contempt of court warrant. Armour was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
  • Zachary Santalucia, 20, from Middletown, was arrested for unlawful possession of a weapon. Santalucia was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Donna Nebora, 57, from Middletown, was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Nebora was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Kaylee Naedler, 19, from New Providence, was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Naedler was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Matthew Ruhman, 18, from Middletown, was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence. Ruhman was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Jason Putz, 45, from Middletown, was arrested for a contempt of court warrant, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Putz was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • John Edwards, 65, from Middletown, was arrested for driving under the influence. Edwards was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Thomas Dyson, 25, from Middletown, was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dyson was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Edward Somers, 52, from Middletown, was arrested for driving under the influence and driving under the influence in a school zone. Somers was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Kelly Martin, 39, from Hazlet, was arrested for shoplifting. Martin was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Jared Gough, 20, from Atlantic Highlands, was arrested for contempt of court warrants. Gough was processed and released.
  • Erin Szoludko, 18, from Middletown, was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Szoludko was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Taylor Fornino, 26, from Middletown, was arrested for contempt of court warrants. Fornino was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
  • Keith Boan, 39, from Neptune, was arrested for a contempt of court warrant. Boan was processed and released after posting bail.
  • Marcus Lominy, 23, from Matawan, was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Lominy was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Jason Corbin, 39, from Middletown, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child, obstructing the law, and unlawful possession of a weapon. Corbin was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
  • Ellyn Saluka, 61, from Middletown, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and obstructing the law. Saluka was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • John Saluka, 57, from Middletown, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and obstructing the law. Saluka was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Adan Martinez, 19, from Matawan, was arrested for a contempt of court warrant and possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Martinez was processed and released after posting bail.
  • Wilson Castrillon, 57, from Woodcliff Lake, was arrested for driving under the influence. Castrillon was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Jennifer Oโ€™Shea, 37, from Middletown, was arrested for driving under the influence. Oshea was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Joseph Poliseno Jr., 38, from Long Branch, was arrested by Detective Keith Hirschbein for burglary, theft of property and unlawful possession of weapons. Poliseno was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
  • Stacey Barreto, 43, from Middletown, was arrested for driving under the influence. Barreto was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • William Fales, 28, from Keyport, was arrested for a contempt of court warrant, burglary to a motor vehicle, and theft of property. Fales was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
  • Sabrina Cisternino, 37, from Asbury Park, was arrested for a contempt of court warrant, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of marijuana under 50 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cisternino was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
  • Crystal Kerwin, 37, from Union Beach, was arrested for shoplifting. Kerwin was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
  • Capri MacQueen, 27, from Belford, was arrested for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of D-Marijuana under 1 ounce. MacQueen was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Augustina Bisso, 60, from Middletown, was arrested for hindering by giving false information to a Police Officer. Bisso was processed and released.
  • Frank Bisso, 25, from Middletown, was arrested for sexual assault on a minor, aggravated criminal sexual contact, endangering the welfare of a child and hindering apprehension. Bisso was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold.
  • Richard Memoli Jr., 40, from Middletown, was arrested for a contempt of court warrant. Memoli was processed and released after posting bail.
  • Kenneth Brown, 58, from Lakewood, was arrested for possession of a Legend prescription drug, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Brown was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Jason Wilson, 44, from Middletown, was arrested for possession of a Legend prescription drug, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Wilson was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Herminio Rivera Jr., 48, from Hazlet, was arrested for driving under the influence. Rivera was processed and released on a summons complaint.
  • Eric Kerner II, 29, from Middletown, was arrested for driving under the influence and drug paraphernalia. Kerner was processed and released on a summons complaint.

A person that has been arrested or charged with an offense is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Additionally, except in specific circumstances, arrest and complaint information and names of those charged may be released.
