The Townwide Yard Sale is back!
The way it works is simple: If you would like to take part, register with the Red Bank Library (the cost is $10 and all funds benefit the library) and tell them what you’ll be selling. They will add your house to the Townwide Yard Sale Map, which will be available in paper form and online in the days before the event. They will include your descriptions along with your address so any special or high demand items should be included, that way those record collectors and Elvis memorabilia hounds know right where to go.
This year, those without yards will be able to participate! The library will be offering limited spaces in its front yard to apartment-dwellers who wish to participate. You must bring your own table and register along with everyone else.
Rain date is September 11.
Once you register, you will receive an email on Sept. 8 with important information regarding bulk trash pick up organizations which will take donations and traffic precautions.
Please register before the end of the day on Wednesday, Sept. 7 so they have time to include you on the map. All registrations received after that date are not guaranteed to appear although they will try their best.
