Red Bank Police Blotter: Theft, Assault and Terroristic Threats

Red Bank Police Department crime Arrests 2019

The following are crimes that occurred between Sept. 1 and 30, as reported by the Red Bank Police Department.

CRIMES:

Theft: Multiple bottles of wine were reported stolen and captured on surveillance video on Sept. 1 in the area of White Street. The bottles are described as Opus One valued at $350, Caymas Special Select valued at $200 and Silver Oak Napa wine valued at $150.

Theft: Two bikes were reported stolen from the Count Basie Park on Sept. 8. The bikes are described as a green SE model with black tires and blue handgrips valued at $500 and the other a maroon SE model with large tires and gold rims value at $1,000.

Theft: A white SE model bike with a β€œKJ so Cal” sticker was reported stolen from the entrance to Count Basie Park on Sept. 8. The bike is valued at $500.

Theft: In the area of River Street on Sept. 11, it was reported six crab traps were stolen from the rear of a residence. The traps are valued at $20 each.

Theft: A packaged confirmed by UPS to be delivered was reported stolen from a porch in the area of Washington Street on Sept. 15. The package contained an Apple IPhone 11 and is valued at $699.

Theft: On Sept. 25, two Woodward brand chairs valued at $400 each were reported stolen from a fenced in yard in the area of McClaren Street.

ARRESTS:

Jose Santiago, 77, of Shrewsbury, was arrested on Sept. 11 in the area of Riverview Plaza for endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated criminal sexual contact.

Zachary Cusack, 26, of Neptune, was arrested on Sept. 2 in the area of West Front Street for DWI.

Jacob Tlatelpa-Luna, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 4 in the area of West Bergen Place for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Benjamin Washington, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 4 in the area of West Bergen Place for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Matthew Ferguson, 24, of Mooresville, North Carolina, was arrested on Sept. 5 in the area of West Side Avenue for possession of CDS, drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of weapons.

Elizabeth Talamo, 28, of Keyport, was arrested on Sept. 5 in the area of Riverview Plaza for contempt of court.

Donald Chunn, 66, of Eatontown, was arrested on Sept. 6 in the area of Chestnut Street for possession of CDS and marijuana.

Markus Seward, 33, of Neptune, was arrested on Sept. 7 in the area of Broad Street for shoplifting and resisting arrest.

Anthony Sambogna, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 8 in the area of Branch Avenue for disorderly conduct.

Kenneth Persico, 53, of Belford, was arrested on Sept. 11 in the area of Bridge Avenue for burglary and theft.

Jose Azcatl-Zempoaltecatl, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 13 in the area of Leighton Avenue for obstructing the administration of law.

Nicholas Ruckel, 23, of Congers, New York, was arrested on Sept. 13 in the area of Monmouth Street for simple assault, burglary and theft.

Kristina Posey, 27, of Scarsdale, New York, was arrested on Sept. 13 in the area of Drummond Avenue for theft and burglary.

Shamar Conover, 31, of Long Branch, was arrested on Sept. 14 in the area of Water Street for contempt of court.

Harold Huff, 29, of Long Branch, was arrested on Sept. 14 in the area of Water Street for possession of CDS, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and manufacturing, distributing or dispensing heroin.

Brian Gaytan, 20, of Long Branch, was arrested on Sept. 15 in the area of Bridge Avenue for possession and consumption of alcohol.

Keith Brooks, 39, of Freehold, was arrested on Sept. 15 in the area of North Bridge Avenue for burglary.

Juan Rodriguez-Plata, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 15 in the area of North Bridge Avenue for burglary and theft.

Adam Froehlich, 41, of New Monmouth, was arrested on Sept. 16 in the area of West Bergen Place for DWI.

Kate Walling, 39, of Jackson, was arrested on Sept. 16 in the area of Broad Street for DWI.

Steven Parker, 47, of Eatontown, was arrested on Sept. 17 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue for contempt of court.

Kevin Palmer, 23, of Abingdon, Maryland, was arrested on Sept. 18 in the area of Newman Springs Road for possession of marijuana.

Edward Santiago, 39, of Irvington, was arrested on Sept. 19 in the area of Maple Avenue for DWI.

Hannah Nudleman, 18, of Staten Island, New York, was arrested on Sept. 20 in the area of Newman Springs Road for possession of marijuana.

Ryan Cocco, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 21 in the area of West Bergen Place for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Cupertino Tlaczani-Tlaczani, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 23 in the area of Monmouth Street for aggravated assault, terroristic threats-threaten to kill, and simple assault.
