Red Bank Catholic High School, a leader in Catholic co-educational secondary education in Monmouth County since 1927, appointed Kathleen Daly, a Casey alumna of the class of 2003, as the director of advancement.
Robert Abatemarco, president of Red Bank Catholic, made the announcement as the 2022-23 school year begins and RBC celebrates its rich history and 95th year engaging students in a vibrant learning community in downtown Red Bank.
“I’m so pleased to welcome Kathleen back to campus as a member of our leadership team,” he said. “Kathleen has an impressive background helping other mission-driven organizations and her leadership and expertise will be a tremendous asset as we set the course for the future of RBC.”
Daly is excited to bring her experience in both the nonprofit and educational sectors, including the JDRF, the American Cancer Society, and Mater Dei Prep, among others, back to her alma mater.
“I am honored to have the opportunity to serve and support Caseys of the present and the future,” Daly said. “I love that the spirit and tradition of Red Bank Catholic is the same I knew 20 years ago. I am also thrilled our school is so innovative and the engagement of students’ minds, hearts, and souls is at the center of all that we do.”
As the director of advancement, Daly will oversee alumni relations, communications, marketing, and fundraising. She is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, majoring in sociology and minoring in English and faith justice studies. Daly, her husband, and three children reside in Shrewsbury, where she is an active member of the community, the PTA and the Foundation for Shrewsbury Education.
