Police Seeking Public’s Assistance Identifying Man Discovered off Sea Bright Shoreline

The New Jersey State Police Homicide South Unit and Missing Person’s Unit are seeking the public’s assistance with identifying a deceased male who was found off the coast of Monmouth County.

On Aug. 29 at 11:29 am, the New Jersey State Police Marine Services Bureau responded to the report of a deceased person located about a mile off the shoreline of Sea Bright.

The deceased is described as a male between 20 years old to early 40s, 5-foot-11, approximately 190 pounds, wearing dark blue jeans, a black belt, and black Nike sneakers.

There is a distinct tattoo on the right shoulder which resembles a solar eclipse.
