Neptune Man’s Body Recovered Off Asbury Park Beach
On Wednesday, Aug. 4 around 5:30 am, first responders recovered the body of a 51-year-old man from the water off of an Asbury Park beach, according to Asbury Park police.
Emergency responders found the body of a Neptune man near a jetty just off the Eighth Avenue beach.
The man’s identity has not yet been revealed. His death was not considered suspicious, according to police.
The investigation is ongoing, and an autopsy has been planned.
