Nature’s Corner Expanding to West Long Branch, Maintaining Community Focus

Nature’s Corner Natural Market of Spring Lake Heights proudly opened the doors to its brand-new second location right in the heart of West Long Branch. After 25 years owning a local landmark for all things healthy, Clinical Nutritionist and Wellness Expert Ed Levy chose to open a second store to service the north side of Monmouth County.

The new store is everything customers know and love from the original, award-winning Nature’s Corner Natural Market – which has been voted Monmouth Health and Life Magazine’s No. 1 Health Food Store and Juice Bar for the last five years in a row – including the store’s commitment to health, wellness and community.

“Our local community has always been so important to us,” said Levy. “We support many local nonprofit organizations and a ton of local artisan producers who make anything from cookies, coffee, granola and nutrition bars to soaps, body lotions and more. There are so many talented people right in our local community, and we love bringing their products in and watching their companies grow and thrive.”

Several times a year, Nature’s Corner Natural Market holds a Juice for the Community Week and donates 5 percent of the total organic juice and smoothie bar sales from that week to a local charity. Next month, both stores will also be launching their “Shop For Your School Week” program.

“We’ll be selecting one local school each month and designating a week called Shop For Your School Week,” Levy said. “A percentage of our sales from that week will be donated to that school’s health, nutrition and physical education programs.”

Nature’s Corner also proudly carries the freshest, local, organic produce from local farms, some right within Monmouth County.

“We support more than 30 local organic farmers, all within 150 miles from our stores. It’s really something special to see,” said Levy. “We have developed incredible relationships with these devoted local organic farmers. The passion they have for their organic produce is powerful, and we share that same passion with them. The proven health benefits of eating organic and the flavors and aromas of local organic produce are just incomparable. Our customers recognize our standards and truly appreciate our phenomenal quality, selection and our real, small-town customer service. Our staff lives it and loves it. They truly enjoy helping others and providing them with all the tools they need to live a healthy lifestyle.”

The full-service natural food market also offers 100 percent organic produce; an organic juice and smoothie bar; organic salad and hot bar; hot soups; gourmet deli-take out; non-GMO, local, vegan, raw, Paleo, gluten-free and organic grocery items; organic dairy; grass-fed and organic kosher meat selections; fresh, local, sustainable seafood; an impressive vitamin and supplement aisle; and natural body care products.

“Back when I opened Nature’s Corner in 1995, my inspiration was to provide the local community with a store committed to helping our customers to get healthy and stay healthy with the best foods available,” Levy said. “That remains our same drive today. We are super excited to now also be a part of the West Long Branch community, and we look forward to bringing a new level of true health awareness to the north side of Monmouth County.”
