Monmouth County 18-Year-Old Missing Since Aug. 1

A resident of Tinton Falls/Long Branch has been missing since Aug. 1, police said.

James Ratcliffe, 18, who is originally from Tinton Falls but has been staying in Long Branch this summer, is missing as police are asking for the public’s help in bringing him home safely.

Ratcliffe is a white male with brown eyes and brown hair. He has a short buzz cut and has short facial hair. He is 6-foot-2 and weighs 170 pounds. He has a skull tattooed on the right side of his chest and a frog tattooed on his knee.

He was last seen around 10:30 am Sunday in Harlem, New York City using a business telephone. He was last seen wearing a beige T-shirt, black jeans and black Nike Air Force One sneakers.
