Middletown Township Public Library to Host Outdoor Silent Movie Night
The public is invited to join Middletown Township Public Library (MTPL) for an Outdoor Silent Movie Night on the library lawn on Friday, Sept. 17 at 7 pm.
As part of MTPL’s ongoing centennial celebration, the library will screen “The Kid” starring Charlie Chaplin, a blockbuster by 1921 standards.
Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets and snacks and enjoy a silent film accompanied by 1920s music. Following the movie, there will be a free-to-enter giveaway for all ages.
