Meth, Marijuana, and Guns Sold at Auto Store in NJ

Spring Auto Wreckers Meth Marijuana Guns

On the afternoon of Tuesday April 2, 2019, Jackson Police Officers and Detectives responded to Spring Auto Wreckers, located on Cerrina Road, due to an ongoing investigation into the allegations of narcotics being sold at the location.

A search of the location resulted in the recovery of in excess of one half ounce of methamphetamine and also marijuana, drug paraphernalia, a 12 gauge shotgun and a .22 caliber rifle, and the arrest of an employee of the business who also resides at the property.

Brian Tice, age 51 was charged with: 2nd degree possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine (over half ounce), 2nd degree possession of firearms while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana (under 50 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and as per the guidelines for bail reform and was released on summons pending a court appearance.

Also arrested at the scene was a 35 year old male on an unrelated outstanding arrest warrant out of Howell. He was released after being processed and posting bail.

The investigation is ongoing and may result in additional charges in the future.
