Nut Free Bakery Opening in Monmouth County

Liv Nut Free Olivia “Liv” Moglino Shrewsbury

Liv Nut Free, the company started by a severely allergic 20-year-old, opens her first storefront bakery for her nut-free brand, Liv Nut Free.

Offering nut-free baked goods such as custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies and crumb cake, Liv Nut Free joins the movement and demand for more allergy friendly options. Liv Nut Free evolved from the success of Olivia’s first business, Nada Nut Bakery, a local “pick-up” bakery that she started out of her house at 16 years old.

“Being allergic to 8 different allergens and a life-threatening nut allergy, my mission is to expand the current options of nut-free desserts nationwide,” says Olivia Moglino, Founder & CEO of Liv Nut Free. “It gives me so much gratification to see the joy of nut- allergic kids and people be able to come into my bakery and be able to eat anything knowing it won’t cause them any harm.”

The Liv Nut Free brand is an e-commerce and in-store business that offers ready-to-eat nut-free baked goods, cakes and DIY baking mixes, with the mission to expand the current nut-free dessert options to all nut allergic individuals across the nation. Self-taught and a graduate of New York’s Institute of Culinary Education, Moglino is severely allergic to peanuts, tree-nuts, shellfish, chickpeas and lentils. When she was 16 months old, she experienced a near death anaphylactic reaction to peanuts and has made it her life’s mission to bake safe, nut-free desserts for people with nut allergies.
