‘Jersey Shore’ Star JWoww Donates to Jersey Shore Medical Center

There are many groups and individuals who are taking some time to share some love with the brave men and women doing battle in the healthcare community.

Lots of people are supporting restaurants with delivery orders sent to police departments, fire stations and hospitals. Even Holmdel resident Jenni “JWoww” Farley of the MTV hit series “Jersey Shore” recently donated 500 meals to the Jersey Shore Medical Center.

Joining in the feel-good efforts, the Monmouth County freeholders are using 15 electronic message boards, many near all hospitals, flashing the message, “Thank you to all essential personnel for all you do.”

Freeholder Director Tom Arnone told New Jersey 101.5 he was inspired after seeing a billboard with a similar message and thought of utilizing the county’s portable electronic message boards to honor all the “true heroes.”

“We can’t thank them enough for what they’re doing,” Arnone said. “The county thanks the most important part of the people right now. That is our healthcare workers and emergency service workers.”
