IMA Urgent Care Helps Donate Over $2K in Back to School Supplies for Local Schools and Charities

Patients of IMA Urgent Care Centers donated school supplies valued at over $2000 to help local school children start their school year off right. This year, IMA Urgent Care Centers collected new/unused back to school items for RAINE Foundation, Lunch Break, Ocean Avenue Elementary School and Port Monmouth Elementary School.

Thanks to the generosity of patients and staff, IMA Urgent Care Centers helped local families bridge the gap between what families can afford for back to school. It’s estimated that nationwide families spend over $700 on back to school supplies.

“IMA is always happy to help our local community, and we are happy to help provide local school children with the basic necessities to start the school year off right,” states IMA President and Middletown resident, Dr. Roger Thompson. “We are always grateful to IMA’s generous patients for supporting our back to school drive.”

About IMA
IMA Urgent Care and Primary Care has three urgent care centers and eight primary care offices located in eastern Monmouth County. IMA opened the area’s first medical walk-in clinic in Shrewsbury over 20 years ago and has since opened two additional walk-in clinics in Port Monmouth and Hazlet. Additionally, IMA operates a Cardiology and Diagnostic center which is located in Shrewsbury. IMA is owned and operated by local doctors.
