Holmdel 11U Baseball Team Named American East Champions
Holmdel 11U baseball team
The Holmdel 11U Baseball team defeated South Wall 13-3 on June 13 to win the USABL American East Championship. It was an outstanding performance all around from a team that is one of the few from Holmdel to ever win the title in this division.
They will move on to the USABL World Series in August. The team consists of Coach Gary Woodward, Coach Keith Murphy, Coach Jay Lauter (Not pictured), Carter Muller, Chase Polovina, Greyson Crowther, Levi O’Connor, Chris Hendrickson, Charlie Murphy, Lucas Lauter, Scott Woodward, Logan Placca, Tyler Carri, Matthew Impreveduto and Connor Quigley.
Just six days later, the Holmdel 8U baseball team defeated Freehold 14- 10 to win the USABL American Shore Championship. This young team had an amazing season filled with many accomplishments, determination and teamwork.

The team consists of Coach Anthony Vanario, Coach Craig Lowenstein, Coach Joe Barbara, Coach Ken Kosco, Coach Ivan Candelaria, Jackson Kosco, Jackson Muller, Joseph Barbara, Anthony Vanario, Connor Smith, Michael Motherway, Cole Lowenstein, Kai Candelaria, Matthew Swanstrom, Adam Abusuleiman, Christopher Hooper and Cayden Wesch.
