Holmdel’s Alexandra Loucopoulos, Allison Cannon, Erica Stolker and Mackenzie Teevan have been named to Shore Coaches A Central All-Division basketball squads. The selections were based on voting by area coaches.
Loucopoulos and Cannon were both selected to the A Central All-Division First Team and designated as All-Shore Honorable Mention.
A three-year starter, Loucopoulos completed her high school career with 802 points and 244 rebounds. This season she averaged 13.3 points per game and 3.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.7 steals. She bucketed 93 points from outside the arc and went 58 for 72 at the free throw line for an 81 percent hit rate. Loucopoulos was also rostered to the APP.com All-Shore Second Team.
Cannon led the Hornets in total points scored at 418. She netted 20 or more in five games. The junior guard also sparked the defense with 109 steals. Her season stats are 14.9 points per game and 3.4 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 3.9 steals.
Stolker and Teevan were both named to the A Central All-Division Second Team. Stolker put up numbers of 8.2 points and 1.8 rebounds this season. The senior has seen varsity action since her freshman year.
At 6-foot-3, sophomore forward/center Teevan led the program in rebounds with 218. She also averaged 8.5 points per game.
