Chapel Hill Family Medicine Moves Office

Chapel Hill Family Medicine moved to their new medical home located at 100 Village Court, Suite 302, Hazlet. The new office has been completely renovated to include three additional exam rooms, a private behavioral health office, and lab facilities with two phlebotomists. The new office will be less clinical and more homey and will allow for a more patient centered comprehensive healthcare approach by offering more services in one location.

“It’s our goal to offer a better patient centered medical home,” says Dr. John Haddad of Chapel Hill Family Medicine. “Our new offices will allow us to expand our practice to better suit our patients’ healthcare needs.”
